Overview of Services<\/strong><\/p><p>Print Nova provides print-on-demand technology, AI-powered design tools, product creation workflows, order fulfillment, and related e-commerce services for merchants selling on Shopify, Etsy, Instagram, TikTok Shop, Wix, and white label storefronts (\u201cMerchant Platforms\u201d).<\/p><p>Our Services allow you to:<\/p><ul><li><p>Create products using uploaded assets or AI-generated designs<\/p><\/li><li><p>Publish and sync products to connected merchant stores<\/p><\/li><li><p>Process customer orders and fulfillment<\/p><\/li><li><p>Access analytics, dashboards, trend prediction, and operational tools<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Print Nova acts as your fulfillment partner, not the seller of record for your customers.<\/p><hr \/><p><strong>2. Eligibility<\/strong><\/p><p>To use Print Nova, you must:<\/p><ul><li><p>Be at least 18 years old<\/p><\/li><li><p>Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement<\/p><\/li><li><p>Operate a business or storefront on a supported merchant platform<\/p><\/li><li><p>Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Organizations must ensure that any employees or agents accessing Print Nova do so with permission.<\/p><hr \/><p><strong>3. Account Registration<\/strong><\/p><p>You are responsible for:<\/p><ul><li><p>Maintaining accurate account information<\/p><\/li><li><p>Keeping your login credentials secure<\/p><\/li><li><p>All activity that occurs under your account<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Print Nova is not liable for unauthorized access due to your failure to safeguard credentials.<\/p><hr \/><p><strong>4. Use of AI Tools<\/strong><\/p><p>Print Nova provides AI-based services such as:<\/p><ul><li><p><strong>AI Design Generator<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Smart Trend Predictor<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Intelligent Fulfillment Optimizer<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>You understand and agree that:<\/p><ul><li><p>AI-generated content may not always be accurate or error-free<\/p><\/li><li><p>You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI output<\/p><\/li><li><p>You must ensure that AI-generated designs do not violate any intellectual property rights<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Print Nova does not guarantee specific performance or outcomes of AI features.<\/p><hr \/><p><strong>5. Prohibited Content &amp; Activities<\/strong><\/p><p>You agree not to use Print Nova to upload, create, or sell:<\/p><ul><li><p>Copyrighted or trademarked materials you do not own<\/p><\/li><li><p>Hate speech, harassment, violence, or illegal content<\/p><\/li><li><p>Pornographic or sexually explicit material<\/p><\/li><li><p>Discriminatory or harmful content<\/p><\/li><li><p>Political content restricted by merchant platforms<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>You also agree not to:<\/p><ul><li><p>Misuse or interfere with Print Nova Services<\/p><\/li><li><p>Attempt to bypass security or system safeguards<\/p><\/li><li><p>Reverse engineer or copy our software or proprietary systems<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination.<\/p><hr \/><p><strong>6. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Your Content<\/strong><\/p><p>You retain all rights to:<\/p><ul><li><p>Designs you upload<\/p><\/li><li><p>Brand assets<\/p><\/li><li><p>Product artwork<\/p><\/li><li><p>Store content<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>By using the Services, you grant Print Nova a royalty-free license to:<\/p><ul><li><p>Print, reproduce, distribute, and fulfill orders using your content<\/p><\/li><li><p>Display mockups and materials as needed to provide the Services<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Our Content<\/strong><\/p><p>All Print Nova software, UI, logos, trademarks, AI models, and proprietary tools belong exclusively to Print Nova and may not be copied or reused.<\/p><hr \/><p><strong>7. Product Pricing &amp; Payments<\/strong><\/p><p>You are responsible for:<\/p><ul><li><p>Setting retail prices on your merchant platform<\/p><\/li><li><p>Paying Print Nova fulfillment and product fees<\/p><\/li><li><p>Paying shipping fees, taxes, and related charges<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Fees may change with notice. Fees must be paid before orders are produced or shipped.<\/p><hr \/><p><strong>8. Order Processing &amp; Fulfillment<\/strong><\/p><p>When a customer places an order:<\/p><ul><li><p>Print Nova receives the order data<\/p><\/li><li><p>We print, package, and ship the product on your behalf<\/p><\/li><li><p>Delivery times vary by destination and product type<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Print Nova is not responsible for:<\/p><ul><li><p>Customer fraud<\/p><\/li><li><p>Incorrect shipping addresses<\/p><\/li><li><p>Issues caused by merchant platform outages<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><p><strong>9. Returns, Refunds &amp; Replacements<\/strong><\/p><p>Print Nova supports replacements for:<\/p><ul><li><p>Damaged items \u2013 does not include damage that occurred in shipment<\/p><\/li><li><p>Misprints<\/p><\/li><li><p>Incorrect items<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Issues caused by user design errors or buyer mistakes (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, buyer\u2019s remorse) are the merchant\u2019s responsibility.<\/p><hr \/><p><strong>10. Service Availability<\/strong><\/p><p>We aim for 24\/7 uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.<\/p><p>Maintenance, outages, or updates may temporarily impact service functionality.<\/p><hr \/><p><strong>11. Data &amp; Privacy<\/strong><\/p><p>Your use of the Services is also governed by our <strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong>, which describes:<\/p><ul><li><p>What personal data we collect<\/p><\/li><li><p>How we use it<\/p><\/li><li><p>How we protect it<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>You are responsible for complying with privacy laws applicable to your customers.<\/p><hr \/><p><strong>12. Third-Party Integrations<\/strong><\/p><p>Print Nova integrates with third-party platforms such as Shopify, Etsy, Instagram, TikTok Shop, Wix, and others.<\/p><p>Your use of these platforms is governed by their own terms and policies.<\/p><p>Print Nova is not responsible for:<\/p><ul><li><p>Their uptime<\/p><\/li><li><p>API changes<\/p><\/li><li><p>Platform rule changes<\/p><\/li><li><p>Listing or sync disruptions<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><p><strong>13. Termination<\/strong><\/p><p>Print Nova may suspend or terminate access if:<\/p><ul><li><p>These Terms are violated<\/p><\/li><li><p>Fraud or unlawful activity is detected<\/p><\/li><li><p>Required payments are not made<\/p><\/li><li><p>Content violates platform or legal policies<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the app and discontinuing use of our Services.<\/p><hr \/><p><strong>14. Disclaimers<\/strong><\/p><p>Print Nova is provided <strong>\u201cas is\u201d<\/strong> and <strong>\u201cas available.\u201d<\/strong><\/p><p>We do not guarantee:<\/p><ul><li><p>Any specific sales outcomes<\/p><\/li><li><p>Accuracy of AI predictions<\/p><\/li><li><p>Error-free operation<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>You use the platform at your own risk.<\/p><hr \/><p><strong>15.
